today was a pretty normal saturday. there was one patron that had a question about his account because he recieved two letters dated for yesterday and the 26th saying that he didn't return a book and had to pay the replacement fee. when i looked up his information it said that a fine was paid on the 25th in cash for the book but he never came in to pay it. i asked katie and she gave him the number for the fines desk and asked him to call on Monday. otherwise there were no complications and i got to experience opening and closing the library.
