Saturday March 24th, 2012

Today was fairly normal. Everyone scheduled was here and the desk was properly covered, accounting for Danika's absence. There was another incidence with the patron who made Judy feel uncomfortable last Saturday. He went in to the newspaper room in the basement and was reading a newspaper when Judy passed by during pick-up and he said hi to her. Judy told Jessica that he was in the building again and the security guards were also alerted. An officer from the police department came around 1:15pm and the patron was asked to leave the library after being charged with trespassing. The incident wasn't large or confrontational and was taken care of by Jessica and the security monitors. Other than this mid-day occurrence the library was slow and all shelving/maintenance work was completed.
