Star Tribune: UnitedHealth sees new market in Middle East

Professor Stephen T. Parente was quoted in the November 5th StarTribune article about how UnitedHealth's Optum division is pushing into the Middle East with a joint venture it believes will open up a rapidly expanding market for its health IT services.
