Documentary on Federal Debt to be Screened in 3M Auditorium

Travelers Institute to present 'Overdraft' and panel discussion on February 27 at 4:00 p.m.

A screening of the documentary Overdraft will take place on Wednesday, February 27, at 4:00 p.m. in the 3M Auditorium. Overdraft is a one-hour documentary made for public television that offers an explanation of America's federal debt crisis, how it impacts American lives, and choices to address the problem.

A panel discussion and reception will follow the screening. Tickets to Overdraft are free, However, interested persons should RSVP on Facebook by by February 22.

The screening is part of the Travelers Institute's national Overdraft University Symposia Series, which began in October 2012 and runs through 2013 on campuses across the nation. The event at the Carlson School was organized in conjunction with the undergraduate Investment and Finance Organization and the graduate Finance Club.
