Career Centers Announce New Personnel

As we move into summer at the University of Minnesota, we want to let you know about some great new changes in our Employer Relations and Business Development areas. Jennifer Shofner and Jill Pearson-Wood, formerly Employer Relations Associates, have moved into new roles as Assistant Directors of Business Development for the Graduate Business Career Center (GBCC). We are thrilled to let you know that we have hired Tara Albaugh as Employer Relations Associate for the GBCC and Maggie Szarkowitz as Employer Relations Associate for the Undergraduate Business Career Center (UBCC); Tara and Maggie will work with you for all of your on-campus recruiting needs as well as assisting with career fairs and getting connected across the Carlson School. Also new on our team is Shadon Ghassemlou as our Recruiting Coordinator. Shadon will be responsible for all external job postings and information sessions.

We also want to remind you that we are fully open and able to assist you with any company hiring needs during the summer. We still have many talented graduate and undergraduate students looking for full-time work and internships and would be happy to connect you with them.
