Today the 2006 Elections Project at the Center for the Study of Politics and Governance launched its Candidate Profiles website. The site features head-to-head profiles of all candidates for each of the 28 races in the Upper Midwest for Governor (IA, MN, SD, WI), U.S. Senate (MN, WI), and U.S. Congress (22 races in total).

In addition to summarizing the campaign platform of each major and minor party candidate, an electoral history of each seat is provided, along with a trend table of all publicly released polling data on the race.
