A fire started around 2:30 a.m. Sunday at the Kiss Nightclub in Santa Maria, Brazil, killing 231 clubgoers and injuring over 100 others, according to CNN.
USA Today reports Guitarist Rodrigo Martins, who was performing when the fire broke out, said that faulty pyrotechnics may have caused the fire.
Two club owners and two band members have been arrested in connection with the fire, but the investigation is ongoing, according to CNN.
According to CNN, the governor of province Rio do Sul promised that the investigation will have everything it needs to find whomever is responsible for the fire.
CNN reports that 40 of today's 110 funerals for victims of the fire took place at Santa Maria's municipal cemetery.
