Tuesday's thoughts

Last Wednesday night, Michael Perry visited Morris as the annual Rodney A. Briggs Associates featured speaker. His presentation was enjoyable and elicited constant smiles and outright laughter. His visit has prompted me to start reading his book : Population 485. I recommend it for everyone who has lived in a small town, grew up on a farm, or enjoys real life experiences combined with a world view and command of literature and a gift for the use of language.
