Author Steven Berlin Johnson presents the keynote at the School of Nursing's History of Nursing conference, September 24-27, 2009. Johnson is the author of The Ghost Map, a thrilling historical account of the worst cholera outbreak in Victorian London. The book uses a historical and biographical narrative to discuss ideas that have profoundly shaped the world we live in.
