Barry Lehrman (Landscape Architecture) convened a session at the GreenBuild 2009 conference, the largest conference for sustainable design professionals sponsored by the US Green Building Council. Lehrman's session, "BL02 iGreen: How the Web Empowers Designers to Build Sustainably," took place Wednesday, November 11, 2009 at the conference in Phoenix. The five-person panel used webcams to bring together the four other panelists virtually from San Diego, Portland, New York, and Liverpool for a presentation that was nearly carbon neutral.
