Lucy Dunne's (Apparel Design) junior students are showing their work February 6, 2010, 3-5 p.m., at the Mall of America. The students' show, "Heart of Fashion," is part of a larger event, "Go Red for Women's Heart Health," sponsored by Boston Scientific and the American Heart Association. The students have designed "red" fashions that draw inspiration from issues around heart disease and women's wellness. The students' show -- with designs from College of Design and Minneapolis Community and Technical College students -- features models who are heart disease survivors. The event is free and open to the public.
