Architecture graduate student Shengyin Xu is cited in Ivanhoe Broadcast News' "Future of Solar Living" article. "We have a really interesting product," Xu tells Ivanhoe. "It's a product called electrochromic glass, and what happens is it self tints with the application of a little bit of electricity," in reference to the triple-pane glass windows manufactured by Sage Electrochromics, Inc. used throughout the ICON house.
