Ignacio San Martin (Metropolitan Design Center and Architecture) has been invited to speak at the 21st Annual Transportation Research Conference taking place April 27, 2010 at the Saint Paul River Centre. San Martin's lecture is entitled, "Linking Transportation Initiatives with City Design Options: Re-thinking the University/Cedar Avenue LRT Station."
