Caren Martin and Denise Guerin (both Interior Design) received the the Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario's (ARIDO) Education Leadership Award. ARIDO stated in the award, "Your general support of the profession on both sides of the border is unprecedented and the interior design community in Ontario presents you with this award in honor and celebration of your passion for and commitment to education and research." ARIDO cited Martin and Guerin's co-authorship of the profession's body of knowledge research and creation and operation of InformeDesign.
