The work of architect Donald Wexler (BArch, 1950) is on display at the Palm Springs Art Museum in an exhibition entitled Steel and Shade:The Architecture of Donald Wexler through May 29, 2011. The primary objects in the exhibition include original presentation drawings, working drawings, photographs and models. Also on view is a full-scale sectional steel model illustrating the prefabrication system Wexler used in his steel houses, fabricated by Cal Poly students.
