Jack Dangermond (MArch, 1968) was interviewed by Adam Bryant of The New York Times for Bryant's "Corner Office" series, a weekly column which features an interview with top executives about the challenges of leading and managing. Dangermond is the founder and president of Esri, which develops geographic information systems. In the article, "Cultivating His Plans, and His Company," Dangermond discussed his experience growing up in a family business and how he applies the lessons learned at his parents' plants nursery to running his own company.
