Jess Roberts (BS Arch, 2004; MArch, 2006) was recently hired as Innovation Design Specialist at Allina Hospitals and Clinics Center for Healthcare Innovation. Roberts has been charged with providing and managing a broad range of design consulting services throughout Allina to internal stakeholders in order to identify and address opportunities to improve operational performance, patient care, and organizational resiliency. The position is a focus in design thinking or meta-design - using the design process to address the challenges facing healthcare.
