Rebecca Krull Kraling receives AIA MN 2011 Young Architect Award

Rebecca Krull Kraling (BA Arch, 1996; MArch, 1999) has been chosen as a recipient of the 2011 AIA MN Young Architect Award. The award is given to architects who have shown exceptional leadership in service to the profession, the community, design, planning, and education.

As Associate Vice President of Arts Community & Education at HGA, Rebecca has a significant portfolio of work ranging from the Muscogee Nation Museum and Cultural Center in Okmulgee, OK; Macalester College, Janet Wallace Fine Arts Center Renovation & Expansion in St. Paul, MN; Cabrillo College, Visual and Performing Arts Complex in Aptos, CA which won a 2010 AIA Minnesota Honor Award, Carlton College Evans and Severance Residence Halls Renovation in Northfield, MN; Florida State University Concert Hall in Tallahassee, FL, Rochester Art Center Retail Gallery, Rochester, MN; Como Park Education Resource Center Fern Room, St. Paul, MN among many others.

Rebecca will be recognized at the annual AIA Minnesota Awards Celebration on Friday, December 2, 2011 at the McNamara Alumni Center.
