Win a $5,000 Scholarship for 30 Seconds of Work

Web---ScholarshipContest-print-11x17.jpgAs part of the current Driven to Discover student campaign, the University is hosting a student video contest with 16 total scholarship awards - a $30,000 grand total - up for grabs.

All students have to do is make a video, no more than 30 seconds long, that's original, artful, unboring, and that answers the question: What are you driven to discover?

The videos will be posted to the University's official Facebook page, and winners will be chosen based on "Likes." The top 16 most liked videos that inspire the biggest thumbs up will receive scholarships. This contest is only open to undergraduates on the Twin Cities campus.

The 16 scholarships will be awarded in the following amounts: two for $5,000; four for $2,500; and ten for $1,000.
