An intaglio (etching, drypoint, engraving, and aquatint) by Professor of Graphic Design James Boyd Brent was selected for the national juried show Stand Out Prints. The exhibition is taking place at Highpoint Center for Printmaking in Minneapolis February 24 through April 14. Highpoint received nearly 800 entries from 42 states. Brent's piece, titled "Boats, Laocoön, and Animals," was one of 57 works selected by jurors Susan Inglett and Mark Pascale.
An opening reception will take place at Highpoint on Friday, February 24 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
