Reminder: Enter all Email & Chat Questions in DeskTracker

This is a reminder to use DeskTracker as the place to record all of the time you spend working on QuestionPoint chat and email. 

The pilot project group (Kristi, Virginia, Tony, Emily, Scott and Mary) discussed using the data collected within QuestionPoint for the chat questions but decided it best to take the extra time and manually enter all digital reference desk activity in DeskTracker.
