Transparentpixel.png SFX error

While using the journal A-Z list (SFX) you may come across a problem in which a blank window pops up when you click on the "Get Text" link. The URL of this blank window will look something like this: http://sfx.uky.edu:3210/sfxlcl3/img/ajaxtabs/transparentpixel.png. This problem seems to be more prevalent when using Internet Explorer and Safari.

Ex Libris is aware of the problem and is working on a solution.

In the meantime, the easiest way to avoid this is to never have more than two SFX windows open on your browser. If you do need to have more than two windows open, some users report success using multiple different browsers.
