FAQ: How does one go about contracting and paying for the DLG's services?

It depends on the source of funding, but we strive to be flexible and adept at fitting projects to available funds, which can take one (or a blend) of three forms:

  • Our staff effort can be written in on grants
  • We charge a $70 per hour contracting fee ($85 per hour on projects external to the University)
  • Some projects may be eligible for use of the allocated service hours within the School of Public Health

We work with you to define your project -- its scope, budget, and timeline -- we are a team dedicated to customer service, clear communication, and defined outcomes. For more details contact Joe Mayo-Cullen at 612-624-6177 or culle008@umn.edu.
