Diane Galatowitsch: The proud Chief Administrator of European Union

Greetings from the European Union,

I understand that my role as the Chief Administrator for the E.U. may be unclear to many readers. Throughout the years I have emerged to be the prime spokesperson for the E.U. Although I am committed to the E.U., I have grown up as a world citizen, living and being educated in a variety of nations. When I was younger I lived abroad with my parents, travelling from continent to continent. After graduating from high school in South Africa, I moved to America to earn a quality education at Harvard University. Although the experience of world living was beneficial, the constant moving taught me to appreciate a place called home. To me, home was where I was born, home was Poland. This sense of home has driven me to make all of Europe my home and accessible to others at ease. I am proud to speak on the behalf of the European Union. It is an honor to represent my home and my home away from home: Europe. If anyone has any questions for me, feel free to post a response to my bio, or e-mail me at diane.galatowitsch@gmail.com.

Goodnight, and always remember: We are united in diversity,

Diane Galatowtsch

Chief Administrator Galatowitsch,

With the recent events in North Korea, everyone is searching for answers. I am looking for answers on how to best serve not only my constituents but my country. I have reached out to some of my constituents already so now I'm searching for an international opinion. Since you are the representative for many European nations, I feel that your opinion will give me a very good idea on the feelings of the world. Thank you.

China will continue to support the denuclearization of the North Korea in a peaceful matter. It was strongly against their testing the bomb as well. What China also wishes to remind you is that North Korea and China are still on realitively good terms and conduct alot of trade. This puts China in a more difficult position and it hopes other countries can sympathsize with them if they take a more neutral approuch. But remember, China is for a nuclear free North Korea 100%

U.S. Ambassador Bell (China)

In your and Chairman Il's question about the danger the blockade puts North Korea's citizens in, let it be known that surrounding nations have agreed to 'chip in' and supply food and health supplies via air drops at designated drop zones (similar to what was done in WW2).

Yes, the global economy is going to take a minor drop in production with this blockade in place but let it be known that if the ports and borders were not blockaded, Russian and Chinese economic trades would be temporarily suspended in an attempt to lure them to an understanding. The diplomatic force of attack that any nation can use is simply an economic shutdown, which is extraordinarily effective in getting a response out of Chairman Il as well as one that is a proponent to our side of things.

US Secretary of State Mark Dille

Adm. Galatowitsch,

I do support this blockade on the North Koreans. As I told my own Secretary of State, I do believe this is the quickest and most effective way to solve this problem. I am further comforted by the great array of support from the worldwide community. Of course, as we proved in Iraq, we don't need a lot of support from other countries to start a conflict, but this is kind of the icing on the cake.

Administrator Galatowitsch-

No UN resolution was passed to begin or continue a blockade of the Korean peninsula. It was an act of the United States on its own grounds. However, as stated, several members of the UN Security Council and the whole of the General Assembly support it unofficially (without a concrete resolution).

I understand the European Union's history in dealing with North Korea. It is a shame, then, that a glance at the 2005 Non-Proliferation Treaty has failed remarkably. North Korea continues to develop plutonium, regardless of incentives on the table.

Happy Holidays from our UN family to your's,

UN Chief Administrator Siegel

EU Chief Administrator Galatowitsch,

My name is Senator Austin from the United States and I am sure that you are well aware of the current situation with North Korea. The United States, the UN, and many other countries have joined together to end the nuclear ambitions of North Korea. I encourage you to voice your opinions on the current situation to the world and hopefully help us put a stop to the threats and unjust behavior of North Korea. We need to protect all people of the world from nuclear war. Thank you.
Au revoir , Auf Wiedersehen
Senator Austin

EU Chief Administrator Galatowitsch,
China does not support a blockade of trade or any other things of that matter. China believes this will also have a negative effect on an already struggling economy. Though it is still hard to argue that there is little else that can be done to ensure a peaceful resolution.

Ambassador Bell (China)

I am glad to see that you are in support of a nuclear-free world. I must agree with your skepticisms of how the world is going to become nuclear-free. I was wondering if you had any other ideas of how to lead toward disarming other nations. Kim Jong-Il said that the UN should come up with a program, granted that moves the pressure from North Korea to the UN but it is a solution and the UN is a body that a majority of the world would work with.
