Kim Jong-Il
I am Kim Jong-Il, leader of the Democratic Republic of North Korea. I graduated from Kim Il-sung University in 1964. For years I modeled my political career after my father. After Kim Il-sung, my father, passed away, I stepped in to continue his philosophy of Juche, a practice of self-reliance that has shaped out great nation. Under my leadership this nation has risen to become the sole power in Southeast Asia. It has become neccessary under my rule to pursue a nuclear power to better oppose the oppresive regimes of the West and even the East. We Koreans are a sturdy people, a people that will hold out against the tyranny of the West and their ambitions for world domination. We will not faulter in our goal; it is the United States that must understand our destiny is to become a world power--a world power with nuclear arms and the largest, finest and most well trained army in the world. These acts will not be infringed.
Comments
Make it understood that this is now viewed as an offensive threat with regards to your nuclear arsenal thereby disallowing you to be a part of the fate of your own region of land. I call it a region of land that you supposedly control because a true nation needs a leader, which you are not; you are attempting to bully a far stronger power and after the testing over Japan, our Russian allies, as well as Germany and Britain are supporting any actions we take. My most recent statement was reaching out to you and your people, Mr. Chairman, but it is obvious that you will not resort to diplomacy because it is seemingly too mature of a conclusion to this long-winded struggle between our people. Therefore, if you wish to seek a diplomatic conclusion, you must request it before the United Nations within seven days including a fully detailed description of how you plan to handle this rivalry. The United States is standing-by for you, Mr. Chairman, to make the decision whether dead bodies will be laying in your streets, or if your people can prosper with the riches of an indefinite ceasefire with limited trade rights. This is our only offer. Also let it be known now that the moment an ICBM, test or not, armed or not, leaves its launchpad, a ceasefire will be broken and that will be considered an all out act of war and will be treated as such. This will be followed by a secondary striking obliterating over 50% of your land mass and strategic points. The ball is in your court, Mr. Chairman, you can choose how this plays out.

Dear Kim Jong-Il,
Now that the french have proved the fact that you are indeed capable of nuclear weapons, however weak they might be, I was wondering how you plan to proceed. Or if you had a plan at all. I dont understand why you haven't been using the nuclear power to supply your country with energy cosidering that most of the country is in the dark and that most of the country is starving. Will you work out an agreement or are you going to be stuborn about getting out of it what you want?

To Kim Jong-Il:
The United States presents no harm to you and your people. We have no desire for your land and respect your desire to become a world power. However, you can become a world power without nuclear weapons.
The fact stands that you have threatened the United States of America. These are you words:
"The people of North Korea will stand up to the tyranny and imperialistic ambition of the United States with not only nuclear arms at the ready, but over 1.2 million fighting troops."
We are in no way imposing any "tyranny" upon you and your people. Your stance is clearly the offensive one, and if it wasn't, why are multiple nations boycotting North Korean products and isolating you even more? Not only is the US concerned about your actions, many other nations have also expressed their disproval of the offensive stance of North Korea. I suggest you think about how the world is looking at you and your people of North Korea.

Chairman Il,
Complying with our orders was a very intelligent move on behalf of your people as well as yourself. We will, daily, supply your people with food rations and medical aid via air drops at designated locations for the duration, and two weeks after, of the blockade. The United Nations is gathering a team, with help from the Security Council, to disarm your nuclear armaments and your ability to create new ones. This will not be detrimental to the ability to produce nuclear power or innovate via integral fast breeders.
However, let it be known that your intelligence reports are exaggerating complex truths. As much information as I can share publicly, the United States has over 150,000 available US troops not counting those in Iraq. This is not counting the 37,000 troops in South Korea as well as those stationed in Europe adjacent to former Soviet Union powers. The Russian military has as many tanks as you have effective servicemen and with the military backing of the rest of the UN Security Council that you're vastly out numbered in every way, shape and form and that any sort of actual act of war would prove in further futility of your own power.

Chairman Il,
“Where are your threats grounded? Where?” You ask, well let me tell you.
Countless times the United States told North Korea not to pursue a nuclear programs, and you felt the need to defy this and start a nuclear program. The United states and other nations warned North Korea not to test a Nuclear weapon, and yet you do so. When a rogue state such as your self have stated they will test nuclear weapons to defy the US, and you test it near one of our closest allies, I and others take that as a threat. You brought this blockade upon your self, if you had complied with the US this would never have happened. As the Sectary of State has stated if we wanted to invade you we would have already and with are superior numbers it wouldn’t have lasted long. This blockade is there because of your willful defiance and threatening actions, and it will go away the second you decide to comply. The balls in your court, Sir.
Regard,
Senator

Good day,
There has been great talk of your "compromise" which seems to only make the sitiuation worse. The European Union would advise you to seek a different plan of action and form a more realistic compromise that the world could abide by. The world would like to see peace in your county and ours. By discussing our problems together we could come to an agreement about the dangerous nulcear toys that we are playing with in this game. I hope you expand on this offer. The European Union would like to instigate peace talks between the international community.
Thank you,
Diane Galatowitsch, The Chief Administrator of the European Union
