Basically what the reading was about was finding ways as a designer to create excitement using only (usually) 2 dimensions. This can be done with visual illusions and using subjects that viewers will find surprising. I particularly liked the Araldite billboard advertising strategy using cars attached to the billboard. It was a sweet ad right off the bat, but when they made the ad into a series it got super catchy and was impressing by the last of the three. Pushing ways to advertise and design is important in this extremely incredible corporate world we live in today. If you wanna make it places in design you have to think outside the box. Of course you can always work for a newpaper...
