(Another) Environmental Science Education Specialist Receives Awards for Teaching and Service

John Loegering, Wildlife Specialist working with the ESE Team was recently elected to president-elect of the North-Central Section of The Wildlife Society. He was also part of a team that received a Strategic Habitat Conservation Award by U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for their work with Golden-winged Warblers (see http://blog.lib.umn.edu/umcweb/news/2011/03/golden-winged-warbler-working.html). The award recognizes individuals and teams who apply the principles of Strategic Habitat Conservation in an exemplary manner to their conservation activities.
