The University launched an employee engagement (E2) survey on October 14.
Who: All faculty and staff who are benefits-eligible including professionals in training.*
What: Complete a short survey that will take about 15 minutes. The survey is online and should be filled out during the workday. The questions on the survey will be about your experience where you work. You should provide answers based on your experiences with the people, supervisors, managers and leaders you work with every day.
When: Everyone will receive an email with their own personal survey link on Monday, October 14. You can finish the survey by Friday, November 1, 2013.
Why: Let your voice be heard by participating in the University of Minnesota 2013 Engagement Survey. The survey will help University leaders understand what is on your mind so they can take action to improve your department and the University overall. Your support is critical to making this effort a success.
Where: Employees on all system campuses will receive the survey. If you have questions, go online to http://www1.umn.edu/ohr/training/index.html and look for information on employee engagement.
