A 19-year-old man was injured in an apartment complex shooting in Hopkins Saturday, police said.
Just before 4 a.m., police responded to reports of multiple shots fired at the 1300 block of Minnesota 7and found the injured man when they arrived, Hopkins police Sgt. Mike Glassberg said to the Pioneer Press.
The victim told police that he was shot by someone in a white car while has was visiting someone at the apartment complex, the Star Tribune said.
The victim was treated for his injuries and later released from the Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, Pioneer Press said.
The incident is still under investigation as the shooter and the motive is still unknown at this time, according to police.
