<p>I think libraries could post their policies and procedures. Documents such as these are most likely to change with many staff contributing to revised versions.</p>]]>

        <![CDATA[<p>In the "To more powerful ways to cooperate" piece I was excited to read about the leadership that OCLC is taking on.  They seem to be right on, my opinion, by leading in areas where libraries need help or have asked for assistance.  One area is the OpenURL Registry and Gateway and another is the Open World Cat project.  It's exciting to read about the advances being made.</p>

<p>I found this comment to be the most interesting "Library 4.0 will not replace Libraries 1.0 through 3.0; it will absorb them." in the "To a temporary place in time" article.  Regardless of how we feel as individuals the fact remains that libraries are changing.  Change is good!</p>]]>
