In this article, it entails the news that the unemployment is currently falling, good news not only for the individual, but also for the collective.

There are many figures used within the article, which I identify as logos, however, it is important to note how in which the U.S. government records unemployment- "the unemployment rate and number of jobless." This means, whoever is collecting unemployment benefits. It's important to note that not everyone who is jobless is able to collect unemployment benefits- they only go so far. So although these statistics seem like good news, it's likely that the unemployment rate is still higher than what is being reported.

Nonetheless, a drop in unemployment is a reason to celebrate, as it shows that the country is on the beginning stages of making it out of the recession (some may argue we were out of it a year or two ago, however that is obviously not the case).

Unemployment figures are determined at the end of every month, so by next month, we can hope that this is sustained for short periods, or not just a flux or fluke.
