This representation comes from the ideology that the working class requires "supervision and managers and professionals are intelligent and mature enough to provide it. Although working class as seen as needing supervisor because the hierarchical structure in companies, why are they seen as immature and dumb like children? Why do people find it working class males acting dumb funny?
