Hospital searches for second body of stillborn

The search for the body of a second stillborn baby has been unsuccessful after Regions Hospital officials suspect it was accidentally taken to the same laundry facility as the first stillborn baby earlier this week, according to the Star Tribune.

The hospital has not identified the workers who may have made the mistake, according to the Huffington Post.

According to the Star Tribune, Sherokee Ilse, a Maple Plain consultant and author who speaks about coping with stillbirths and miscarriages, said "We're always rushing, rushing, rushing, and we're cutting staff and dollars," she said. "Maybe these are the kinds of outcomes that happen when all that other chaos is going on."
