I am very excited for this final project. Although I have no film-making experience, I am very curious to see how my talents can be utilized in some aspects. I am looking forward to working with my group to see our ideas formulate.
I think it would be interesting to make a film based on the idea of a female gaze. Because the male gaze is so predominant in cinema, it would be refreshing to see the tables turned. To do this, it would require female characters, a female-centric plot, and mostly female dialogue. I would hope our film passes the "bechdel test".
