I recently began having eating Greek-style yogurt drizzled with honey a couple of times a week, for breakfast. Because the yogurt I use isn't blindingly tart, you can really taste the flavor of the honey. It's good, but inspired in part by your apiarian adventures, I decided to try it with a more distinctive and less processed honey.

So today I bought a jar of raw blackberry honey (Hanna's Honey). A quick taste out of the jar revealed a distinctive flavor, not strong, but obvious. A bit fruity, a bit tangy. Most UNLIKE the generic honey we've been using. I'm looking forward to my next breakfast.

I think consistency belongs to the most important things to make a name for on your own...whether it's consistency on how often you blog page, comment, connect with individuals, etc. It's all related to consistency.
