Become a mentor with the Bridges to Success: Mentoring Program for Transitional Years Program! Bridges to Success is a school-based, culturally-specific mentoring program located in the Saint Paul Public Schools. Adult mentors are matched with Saint Paul youth in the 6th , 7th , 8th , or 9th grade, who are enrolled in academic institutions offering the program. Caring mentors provide emotional support and direction once a week or once every other week for the purpose of strengthening students' academic achievement and motivation.
