Student Job- On-Campus- Office Assistant

The Medical School needs to fill the position of Office Assistant and wants to find a student that is willing to work 20 hours/week.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Will assist with special projects for physicians and scientists. Will assist the Fellowship Coordinator in the day-to-day operations of the fellowship program; will provide backup coverage of the reception desk, help with mailings and postings for visiting professors. Provide assistance, where necessary, for other administrative personnel; this will include errands, such as delivering documents to other departments on campus, and do daily mail run (mornings & afternoons). Check paper and supply cabinet and add items needed to list for ordering. Photocopying. Maintain conference room and library.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Must be mentioned on application/resume): 6 months of office experience. Keyboarding ability and computer skills.

PREFERRED: A minimum keyboarding speed of 50 WPM
