Check out the Student Employment Leadership Program (SELP)! SELP is a flexible year-long program that offers a series of workshops & activities designed to compliment students' on-campus employment experience. SELP is geared towards the professional development of student employees and provides opportunities to intentionally promote student's growth in respect to the University Student Development Outcomes (http://www.osa.umn.edu/outcomes/).
