Are you a student employee? Here's a great opportunity to get professional development and have you boss pay for it, while you're still here at the U!

Check out the Student Employment Leadership Program (SELP)! SELP is a flexible year-long program that offers a series of workshops & activities designed to compliment students' on-campus employment experience. SELP is geared towards the professional development of student employees and provides opportunities to intentionally promote student's growth in respect to the University Student Development Outcomes (http://www.osa.umn.edu/outcomes/).

This semester's workshops are up! Check them out here. They include: Motivation, The Practice of Leadership, and Conflict Fluency.
