Want to spend your winter break wearing shorts on the Gulf of Mexico? Spend a week volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, meeting new friends and building a home for a family in need. You will also be able to:
- Visit the city that bankrupted the Ku Klux Klan of Alabama
- Hold a moon rock and experience zero-gravity at the Houston Space Center
- Hang out at the BEACH of course! :)
Winter Break trips are week-long volunteer events that are great resume builders and a lot of fun. In addition, these trips cost only $400, and if you are over 21 and willing to drive you will receive a $40 discount! Trips leave on January 7th and return to campus on the 14th. You can choose between Houston, TX or Mobile, AL for your winter break adventure!
