CLA & CSE are Hiring + Wilderness Inquiery Internships Available

CLA is currently accepting applications for program assistants and program assistant leads (PAs & PALs) to work with our First Year Course, CLA 1001 and 1002. PAs and PALs will help to implement this first year experience for all CLA students.

PAs will be working directly with first year students to deliver the course. To Apply (click the red link)

CLA's First Year course (also known as CLA 1001 and 1002), is focused on providing the connections, resources and support to help make first year students successful. PAs and PALs will learn facilitation skills, mentor other students, develop leadership skills and work as part of the CLA First Year experience team.

Summary of goals and duties:
Create and implement student development initiatives that foster student learning, success and connection to the College of Science & Engineering based on student engagement best practices. Reference the Student Development and Student Learning outcomes as the main objective and guideline.

Wilderness Inquiry is now accepting applications for Trail Staff, Internships, and Urban Wilderness Boat Captains for summer 2012. They are looking for people with outstanding leadership and decision-making skills, high energy, and a willingness to work hard.
