Staff at the University Rec Center are looking for students who would like to be involved with and help to manage an event.
On Friday August 31st, the Recreation Center will be holding an open house as a component of "Welcome Week" for this year's incoming class of freshman students. A large number of freshmen will be streaming through the facility between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Students will be able to participate in a variety of interactive events throughout the facility.
To allow for the day to run smoothly, Rec. Center staff are looking to recruit volunteers to help throughout the day. Volunteers will guide students throughout the facility; assist with interactive events such as dodgeball and fitness challenges; and answer students' questions.
Anyone interested in volunteering is asked to submit their availability by using the link below and filling out the form. Those who are interested will be contacted to confirm their availability for any times that they submit. Please submit availabilities by Friday, August 17th.
