03 What OHR Provides
OHR staff will:
- Provide a laptop with the PowerPoint loaded on to it
- Provide a remote control to advance the PowerPoint slides so you don't have to stand at the podium
- Have hard copies of scenarios to hand out to tables for the Scenario Activity. Note: All of the scenarios are given to all participants, so you will need to tell each table which scenario they should discuss.
- Provide pads of paper and post-it notes for the tables
- Let OED know if there are any RSVPs for accessibility
- Ask participants if they need to sit in front to hear or see better and, if so, help them find a seat. Ask people if they need a hard copy of the PowerPoint presentation (HR will bring 3 copies printed with 1 slide/page).
