There has been increased research attention directed toward the role of between-session activities in psychotherapy. Representative data of psychological trainees' use and experiences is needed that can be used to survey the state of training and also contribute to a better understanding of the clinical utility of between-session activities. The following online survey of U.S. counseling and clinical psychology students aims to gather data on training, attitudes, beliefs, and outcomes of between-session activities among psychological trainees.
Please take a moment to forward this survey to doctoral students in your program. Data obtained from their responses will make a valuable contribution to the current knowledge of between-session activities and provide currently unknown information about the state of training in this field. Upon completion of the survey, participants will receive instructions regarding how to participate anonymously in a drawing for one of four (4) Visa gift cards valued at $50 each.
