Postdoctoral Fellowship in Prevention and Methodology

Now Accepting Applications: Postdoctoral Fellowship in Prevention and Methodology

The Prevention and Methodology Training (PAMT) program at Penn State has an opening for a postdoctoral fellow. PAMT, a joint effort between the Prevention Research Center and The Methodology Center, cross-trains graduate and postdoctoral researchers as prevention scientists and methodologists. Through this National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA)-funded program, prevention researchers are trained in the latest and most innovative research methods, and methodologists gain an understanding of the realities and challenges facing prevention efforts in real-world settings. This program presents a unique opportunity for postdoctoral researchers to receive training from some of the top prevention scientists and methodologists in the country.

If you are interested in PAMT or if you know a researcher with strong methodological skills and a passion for prevention science, take a moment to review the application requirements.

You can learn more about PAMT at http://methodology.psu.edu/pamt/. Please pass this along to colleagues who may be interested.

Application review begins November 15 for a Spring 2013 opening (flexible start date) and March 15, 2013, for a Summer/Fall 2013 opening.
