By now you should have received an email that all University of Minnesota IT systems and applications will not be available for use from Saturday, October 24 at 2 a.m. through Sunday, October 25 at 7 a.m. During this time you will not have access to University email, network shares (H: and S: drives) and PeopleSoft Financials. View the University's IT website for additional information and a complete list of affected applications. The Extension website (including MyPrograms) will not be affected.
Please plan for this outage accordingly by storing documents that you may need to access on your desktop or hard drive and respond to all urgent email before the outage begins. Call the Extension IT helpline at (612) 624-6700 with questions.
