Impact Positive Change at the University by Taking the Pulse Survey: April 19-May 7

On Monday, April 19, all University of Minnesota faculty and staff will receive a voice mail and email asking them to complete the 2010 Pulse Survey. Beginning in 2004 and administered every other year, the Pulse Survey is designed to measure the opinions or "pulse" of University employees in order to improve the organization's performance or health.  Results of the survey will be provided to all employees and will be used to make continuous improvements in the workplace.  You can view past Pulse Survey results on the University's HR website.

This year's survey is 30 percent shorter with better, faster reporting of results at the University and unit levels. You have a unique perspective of the University of Minnesota and by completing this survey your voice can impact positive change at the University.  The final deadline for completing the Pulse Survey is May 7.  If you do not receive an email with instructions on how to complete the survey, send an email to irr.surveys@umn.edu.
