New Extension Namebadge and Electronic Letterhead

In March 2010, Extension implemented the new Extension wordmark for use in all print and electronic materials.  The rollout of the wordmark is occurring throughout the 2010 calendar year, allowing for a natural and fiscally responsible replacement of Extension materials and publications.

As part of the rollout, Extension Communications will continue to update and replace Extension-wide print and electronic identity elements as their stock is depleted or a reprint is necessary.  This week we are implementing the new name badges and electronic letterhead.

The name badges include Extension's new wordmark in maroon and white and have been reduced in price from the old version.  Name badges can be ordered through the employee website.

Extension Electronic letterhead is available in Microsoft Word format on the employee website and should be used for official University electronic communications.  Several download options are available based on Extension center, regional office, county office and unit.

Templates for MS PowerPoint, fact sheets and other print and electronic communications are being developed and will be made available in the next few months.   Stay tuned to the employee website and enews for more information. In the meantime, please continue to update your electronic and print marketing and communications materials with the new wordmark .
