All Extension faculty and staff are encouraged to go to the University Human Resources Self-Service (HRSS) website to review their personal information and update it if necessary. The deadline to update your information is September 28. After that date, University Relations will revise and publish its online directory and web list.
Personal attributes such as home address, phone number, education level, military status, etc., as well as your preferred name and directory suppression, can be entered or changed. Please note that your home address and phone number will appear in the electronic directory and on the web list unless suppressed on the Self-Service website.
Information regarding unit name, campus addresses and office phone numbers, etc., can be viewed on the Self-Service website but cannot be changed by the employee. If this information is incorrect, report it to Extension Human Resources.
