We are nearing the end of 2010, and if you haven't already, be sure to update your Extension publications and marketing materials with the new Extension wordmark. University brand policy requires Extension (and all other University units) to transition to the new wordmark by the end of this month. This does not include large quantities of items that still contain relevant content, or signs and other costly items that do not naturally need to be replaced at this time. The rollout of the new wordmark will continue to be made in a fiscally responsible manner by replacing more expensive items when their stock is depleted or when a new order is being placed. All other Extension publications and marketing materials should be updated with the new wordmark, including stationery, name badges and social media icons.
The following resources have been created to assist you with updating your materials:
- Downloadable wordmark files and instructions on how to use the new wordmark.
- PowerPoint templates
- Social media guide that includes information on how to request a social media icon through Extension Communications
- Updated name badges
- Several versions of electronic letterhead (to be used for official electronic communications)
- Extension stationery, including business cards, letterhead, envelopes and mailing labels
