All University professional and academic staff are required to complete a REPA form annually, whether or not you have any outside consulting to report. The filing process was halted in February and March due to issues with the filing software, but all issues have been resolved. If you have already filed a report on or after February 28, you do not need to file another REPA at this time. If you have not yet filed a REPA, the final deadline for filing is April 22.
You can complete and submit your form through the REPA website. Please review the REPA information page on the Extension intranet to determine exactly where to route the form for review and approval within Extension. If you route the form to the wrong person it will need to be rerouted, causing a delay in processing.
All individuals filing a REPA must also complete the conflict of interest training. The training module should be completed no later than April 15.
